Get ready for the Adrenaline RC Fall Drift Comp on Sunday November 17th! Act fast, as we have a limited number of tickets (only 20!) for our competition. Those who purchase first, qualify last! We will have reserve spots open if a registered driver fails to show up on comp day. Doors open at 9am on November 17th.
Practice will happen the morning of the comp. Practice will be a total of 2 hours.
Qualifying will be 1 practice lap, followed by the judged qualifying lap.
Drifting/driving only to be done on the track. No driving/drifting in the pit area or other areas of the shop.
There are 5 zones that will be judged on a 0 to 3 point basis. Total max score would be 15 with a possibility for +1 for the can, w/ possibility of a 16. The three judges' scores will be added then averaged for the score. Example 10+10+11=31/3= 10.33 Score.
0 points for missing the zone
1 point for having one rear tire in the zone
2 points for having both rear tires in the zone
3 points for having both rear tires in the zone while wall riding
The run will be considered a DNF or 0 if the car hits the wall and crashes, or leaves the track area (taped outline).
