Shipping
Yes
We currently ship to Canada, France, Germany, Spain, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.
It depends on where you are.
All in-stock orders ship within 1-2 business days. Many orders have been known to ship within minutes of being placed so keep an eye out for a speedy shipment notification. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled by our in-house shipping team.
We utilize both USPS and UPS for our shipping solutions. Our standard flat rates will be either UPS or USPS, and we always choose the quickest option available for you.
Product
Don't worry! Some of our products have SKUs which end in "-no", which are a reminder for our inventory team. If the product is in stock, we have it, and it will be available for purchase.
Orders

If your order has not yet been processed in our shipping system, we may be able to modify your shipping address for you.
Please contact us right away, as the window of time between when an order is placed and when it is processed is very small but we’ll do our best to make any changes.
If your order has already been processed for shipment or is already in transit, we, unfortunately, are not able to modify the shipping address. We kindly recommend that you contact your local post office to arrange for a possible address change or pick-up of the package.

If you mistakenly chose a in-store pickup option at checkout, don't worry. As in-store pickups don't get shipped there is plenty of time to solve the issue
Please contact us so that we can get you the proper shipping price, and have you pay for the shipping. We will send you the options, prices, and times, just tell is which one you'd like, and we will send you an invoice.
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened and/or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Label Eligibility
We will provide a return label free of charge if the reasoning for the return is received the wrong item. We will ask for proof, and will also check on our end before sending you a return label.
We do not do free returns if you ordered the wrong item. You may still request a return, but you will be resposible for paying the return label rate. We will send you a label, you will just need to pay.
If your return is accepted/approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as lithium batteries (LiPo, Lion) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Discontinued, Clearance, gift cards, and special sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

If you believe your item is covered under warranty, you can reach out to the manufacturer or do so through us, Warranty only applies as described by the product manufacturer and on products accompanied by a dated proof of purchase.
Warranty service or replacement decisions are at the sole discretion of edusportsonline.com.
Collateral damage is NOT covered by manufacturer's warranty.
All non-warranty services are charged a labor rate of $50.00 per hour, this does not includes the price of parts and shipping fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Nonpayment can result in confiscation of equipment. Before edusportsonline.com performs any billable services, we will contact you with an estimate
